The Chelsea Cowl

I’m super excited to share my crochet pattern with you today! I am featuring as a guest designer on the Joy of Motion Crochet blog.  I feel honoured to be a part of Jannes blog, having my pattern feature alongside her own gorgeous designs.

I designed the Chelsea Cowl with Autumn/Fall in mind, the super chunky weight yarn allows you to work this snug cowl up in no time at all.

lets talk yarn, I designed this cowl with a yarn that I love, it’s from Hobbycraft in the UK (they do offer international shipping) its their own brand – womens institute soft and chunky, I love the thickness and the colour, but after making it, I discovered that this actual colour has been discontinued, but fear not I’ve found brilliant alternatives, and would love to see your own colour choices.

I used 2 balls of Womens Institute (Hobbycraft) Soft & Chunky in Masarla, its 70% Acrylic, 30% Merino Wool (they do have other colours to choose from)

Alternative yarns you could use instead –

1 ball of Bernat Maker Outdoor

2 balls of Lion Brand Hometown USA

So grab yourself some chunky yarn and a nice big hook, lets stop the chat and get hooking!

    1. The Chelsea Cowl is available for free, the link takes you to The Joy Of Motion Crochet site, (it’s not a free Download) you can purchase PDF from my shops though through the other links! (No adverts) I hope this helps, Kelly.

  2. You’ve written terrific content on this topic, which goes to show how knowledgable you are on this subject. I happen to cover about Airport Transfer on my personal blog QU5 and would appreciate some feedback. Thank you and keep posting good stuff!

  3. I am genuinely thankful to the owner of this website for sharing his brilliant ideas. I can see how much you’ve helped everybody who comes across your page. By the way, here is my webpage UY8 about Thai-Massage.
